Halligan’s Hearth & Home deserves recognition for caring about customer service & quality of products/services.   Prior to my gas insert installation, I started a journey learning about BTU’s, burners, & heat output.  I visited a few fireplace stores, but when I met Kristen at Halligan’s who confidently shared her technical knowledge & years of experience, I looked no further.  The installation went perfectly. We were shopping for options for our fireplace,  converting it from its standard wood burning state. Sean was very professional and courteous guiding us through options and their costs. We settled on propane fire logs which looked very realistic,  highly rated, in our price range and an item that Halligan's stocks.  Sean also recommended a propane company for us to call to set up that installation.  So far we're very pleased with this part of the process; will update after installation and project completion.
